The 5th Annual Family 5K/10K Run & 5K Walk held on May 24, 2008 was a huge success. The nearly 1000 participants enjoyed a beautiful day in Arlington Heights. Injured veterans Eric Edmundson and Yuri Zymsley with aid from their families were able to get out of their wheelchairs and walk across the finish line. Thanks to the many participants, sponsors and donors, Salute is able to continue to help soldiers like Eric and Yuri. Thank you all for your support!
