Race begins at Miner School (1101 E. Miner, Arlington Heights) located at the corner of Miner and Dryden Streets. Water Stations at each mile - flat roads - professionally timed. Trophies to top male and female finishers will be presented at Recreation Park (located at the finish line) at the conclusion of the race. Medals will be presented to top 3 finishers in each age category. This race is USATF Certified.
(NEW!) 5k + Tactical Challenge Cross an alternate finish line and sprint into a CrossFit-style competition sure to test your fitness. When: May 23, 2012 – May 26, 2012. We highly recommend that you pick up your race shirt and bib # BEFORE race day to avoid long lines and same day registrations.
On Race Day: Stop by the area marked “PRE-REGISTERED RUNNERS” located near the start of the race at Miner School.

Awards: Award ceremony will immediately follow the run at Recreation Park. Trophies will be presented to top male/female finishers and medals to top 3 male/female finishers in each age category.
Parking: Limited parking on residential streets near Miner School. NO PARKING ON MINER STREET. Additional parking available at parking garage at the corner of Arlington Heights Road & Miner.
Gear Check: Available at Recreation Park. All gear needs to be picked up by 11:00 am.
